Jackson Boulevard Capital Management, Ltd., is an Illinois Corporation. It is the managing general partner of two hedge funds, Jackson Boulevard Equities, LP and Jackson Financial Fund, LP. The General Partner will perform administrative services for the Partnerships and will be responsible for all Partnership trading.
The President of Jackson Boulevard Capital Management, Ltd. is Paul J. Duggan (Duggan). Duggan is a CPA and was formerly associated with Duggan, Kenning, & Gemini, L.L.C., a CPA firm organized in Illinois.
Paul Duggan, principal and President of Jackson Boulevard Capital Management, Ltd., has provided trading advice to other entities prior to 2003. Since 1991, Mr. Duggan has been a general partner of the partnership of Jackson Boulevard Partners, an Illinois general partnership. Jackson Boulevard Partners (Partners) has invested primarily in the bank and thrift industries. Arising out of this activity, Mr. Duggan has developed his trading methods which have been used in the prior trading activities of Partners.
Pat Duggan, Vice-President of Jackson Boulevard Capital Management, Ltd. has 22 years experience in capital markets including working at Salomon Brothers and Goldman Sachs. Pat is in charge of trading strategies, trading implementation, and research.
